OUR TEAM
Benjie Balsama Sr.
With more than 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Benjie Balsama Sr. has built his career on hard work, integrity, and a passion for helping customers bring their visions to life. As President of Diversified Ceilings Inc., he oversees the company's daily operations while ensuring every project is completed with the quality, service, and professionalism the company has been known for since 1992.
Benjie's favorite part of the day is starting the morning with the crew and seeing everyone off to their job sites. It's a tradition that reflects the family-oriented culture he has built and the pride he takes in supporting both his employees and customers.
Outside of work, Benjie enjoys riding his motorcycles, fishing, talking with customers, and spending time with his wife, Danielle, their three children—Ben, Brandon, and Deanna—and their dog, Harley.
Ben Balsama Jr.
Ben has over 10 years experience in the industry. As an Estimator/Project Manager his days are spent filled with managing Diversified Ceilings Inc. job sites which include setting up jobs & keeping them on budget, estimating projects either by field measurements or by blueprints and meeting existing clients while developing new relationships.
Ben and his wife Kerri have a son (Benjamin) and a dog (Maple). He loves to go fishing, to the shore, to the gym and spending time with his family.
Brandon Balsama
Sales Representative
With over six years of combined experience in both construction and sales, Brandon has been a valued member of the Diversified Ceilings team. As part of a family-owned company, he brings a personal commitment to every customer relationship, along with strong knowledge of acoustical solutions, ceiling systems, and finding the right solution for every project.
What he enjoys most about his role is building relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations. Brandon takes pride in creating a positive experience from start to finish.
Before joining Diversified Ceilings, Brandon proudly served six years in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist Second Class Petty Officer. During his service, he completed two overseas deployments and earned both his Surface Warfare and Air Warfare pins.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time outdoors. He is also passionate about supporting the veteran community, contributing annually to ‘The 22 Project’ and being involved in other various veteran focused initiatives.
Dave Franzeo
Sales Representative
With 25 years at Diversified Ceilings, Dave Franzeo brings extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to every project. He spent his first eight years in the field as an installer before transitioning into sales, where he has spent the past 17 years helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.
His expertise includes acoustical ceilings, bathroom partitions, accessories, and wall protection. Having worked both in the field and with customers, he understands projects from every angle and is committed to providing practical solutions, quality products, and exceptional service.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Kim, and their cats, Misty and Ki. He's also passionate about cars, motorcycles, and metal detecting, always looking for his next adventure.
Mike Rounds
Sales Representative
For the past 13 years, Mike Rounds has been a valued member of the Diversified Ceilings team, building a well-rounded career through hands-on field experience and sales. He spent approximately 10 years installing commercial and residential ceiling systems before transitioning into sales, where he has spent the last three years helping customers bring their projects to life.
With experience spanning a wide range of interior construction products—from suspended ceilings and specialty ceiling systems to sound panels and everything in between— Mike’s extensive background as an installer gives him the knowledge and expertise to help customers determine the best solutions for their projects. Mike wants to ensure projects are running smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys cycling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
